so, i had lots of little children at my home today. lots of big children too.
lots of laughter and good vibes.
lots of smiles and happy words.
and lots of really nice people.
lots of hamburgers and hot dogs too...what elite epicureans we are.
as the sun retired gracefully, a cloudy pool, scattered towels and left behind
sunglasses were what remained...
and a lonely fire with no more marshmallows to roast.
a perfect ending to a great summer.
