ok, easy and BEST recipe...just make the oatmeal cookies on the lid of the oatmeal carton, then add 2 cups coconut, about 1 and a half cups walnuts and milk choco chips. oh, and dont cook them too long. seriously the best.
Right there with you. I love that oatmeal cookie recipe. I will add butterscotch, chocolate & white chocolate chips and they are tasty. I love the coconut addition:). I also know what you mean when you need someone to come and eat the cookies.:). I love to bake!!
I do the same thing. I was really good (not baking at all after the holidays), but then I found a sale at Walmart: $.50 Nestle chocolate chips (and every other kind of chip) and $.75 Ghiradelli chocolate chips. I STOCKED up, and now they are constantly just calling my name.
I haven't looked at your blog for a couple of days..I just knew you were going to post some yummy food..& you did! gggrrrr! And of course I'm drooling all over my laptop now..THANKS! I made those same cookies (minus coconut but add almonds) last week and sent my one hunky guy friend home with 2 ziplocked bags of guilt.
